Terms and Conditions of Use
Madame Bleue SARL sells original products only. Madame Bleue SARL is not an authorised dealer of the brands listed on its website and does not own or operate any proprietary watch brand.
Delivery Conditions
Madame Bleue SARL may ship goods worldwide at the customer’s expense. However, for security reasons, we reserve the right to exclude certain countries or regions where security or logistical concerns may arise.
Payment
Our prices are based on advance payment ONLY by bank transfer. No goods shall be dispatched until the relevant amount has been received and credited in full.
Advance Payment
Payment shall be made by ordinary bank transfer after receipt of our order confirmation. Please ensure that the item reference or invoice number is stated in the payment reference. Depending on the banking institution, domestic bank transfers may take one to two business days, while international transfers may take up to five business days.
Invoicing
For private customers: a copy of the front and back of a valid identity card or passport, together with proof of residential address. For corporate customers: an extract from the relevant commercial register, a VAT number valid for intra-Community transactions and a valid identity card or passport of the director of the company.
Shipping
Our prices include packaging only. Transport, shipping costs and insurance are not included and shall remain the responsibility and expense of the Customer. Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer shall receive a notification by email.
Taxes / Protection of Endangered Species
The Principality of Monaco forms part of Europe for the purposes of trade in goods. Accordingly, where goods are purchased from a Member State, no additional taxes or customs duties shall be payable. Any taxes, duties or charges imposed by certain jurisdictions shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. Customers are advised to contact their local tax authorities for further information.
Tariffs and Taxes for Purchases of Goods Outside the European Union
Special customs and tariff regulations may apply to international sales of goods outside the European Union, including import taxes, duties and other charges. Import duties and sales taxes are determined by the country into which the goods are imported and are generally calculated on the basis of the total purchase price of the item. Additional charges may apply, including third-country customs duties. For further information, please contact the relevant customs authorities.
Protection of Endangered Species
The Customer must verify in advance whether any part of the item falls within the scope of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (“CITES”), for example, watch straps made of crocodile leather. Please note that the importation of protected materials may require a specific permit. Goods which are incorrectly or insufficiently declared may be detained by customs authorities upon importation. For specific information, please contact the supplier or the competent customs authorities.
Delivery Times
All listed items are available from stock, subject to the stated delivery times. Delivery within Europe generally takes one to two business days, while delivery outside Europe generally takes three to four business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Jurisdiction
The activities of Madame Bleue SARL are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco. Any dispute arising between the parties shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco.
Returns Policy/Right of Withdrawal
Products are sold in the condition shown to the Customer in the detailed photographs published on the website and as described in the relevant product description. Concerning pre-owned items, minor defects, signs of wear or scratches resulting from age and ordinary use shall not constitute grounds for complaint, as such items are second-hand goods. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within seven days. The relevant extract from the ordinance governing the right of withdrawal for companies established in the Principality of Monaco is set out below. Returned goods must be in the same condition as at the time of sale. Any deterioration, alteration or discrepancy shall be assessed, and the corresponding amount may be deducted from any refund due.

All information relating to Madame Bleue SARL is available from the competent authorities of the Principality of Monaco or may be obtained directly from the Company upon request.
Ordinance No. 6,702 of 7 December 2017 Implementing Article 10 of Law No. 1,383 of 2 August 2011 on the Digital Economy, as amended
Article 1. — The right of withdrawal provided for under Article 10 of amended Law No. 1,383 of 2 August 2011 on the Digital Economy may be exercised by the consumer within seven clear days, without the need to provide reasons and without incurring penalties, except, where applicable, for return costs.
The consumer may waive this period where the contract has been fully performed by both parties, at the consumer’s express request, before the consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal.
Article 2. — The period referred to in the preceding article shall run from the date of receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from acceptance of the offer.
Article 3. — Where the information required under Article 6 of amended Law No. 1,383 of 2 August 2011 has not been provided, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be extended to three months.
However, where such information is provided within three months from receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer, a new period of seven days, as referred to in the first paragraph of Article 1, shall commence.
Where the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it shall be extended until the next business day.
Article 4. — The Secretary of State, the Director of Judicial Services and the Minister of State shall each be responsible, insofar as they are concerned, for the implementation of this Ordinance.

The Customer’s personal data are processed by Madame Bleue SARL for the purpose of managing electronic correspondence.
